There were shepherds abiding in the field, keeping
watch over their flock by night.
And lo! the angel of the Lord, came upon them
and the glory of the Lord shone round abaout them,
and the were sore afraid.
And the angel said unto them; Fear not, for behold!
I bring you good tidings of great joy, which
shall be to all people. For unto you is born this
day in the city of David, a Saviour, which is Christ,
the Lord.

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude
of the heavenly host, praising God, any saying:

Glory to God in the highest, and peace on earth
goodwill towards men.

En el campo había pastores guardando su rebaños
durante la noche.
Y he aquí que el ángel del Señor se les apareció y
la gloria del Señor brillo sobre ellos y se
atemorizaron.
Y el ángel les dijo: No temáis, he aquí que os
traigo buenas nuevas de gran alegría, que lo serán
para todas las gentes. Porque entre vosotros
ha nacido hoy, en la ciudad de David, un Salvador
que es Cristo, El Señor.

Y de repente apareció junto al ángel una legión de
espíritus celestiales, alabando a Dios y diciendo:
15.- Coro
Gloria a Dios en las alturas y paz en la tierra a
los hombres de buena voluntad.
